Phishing

What is Phishing?

Using crypto phishing, attackers can trick victims into unintentionally disclosing their private keys. By posing as an official website or email, the attacker connives to gain the victim's trust.

To trick the victims into thinking they are receiving a genuine message, the emails, or messages are specially created to look as realistic as possible. These emails frequently target those who use a crypto exchange or protocol.

Typically, the message includes a link to a phony website that appears legitimate. Convince the target to click the link and input their login details is the goal of the phishing attack. Frequently, the message is sent under the guise of an emergency or the need to modify login information. The attacker receives all the details required to access the account and empty it of all funds as soon as the victim enters their login information.
